Product Description:

Laboratory vacuum hot pressing furnace, high temperature hot pressing brazing furnace, vacuum diffusion welding is a box-type vacuum resistance furnace using nickel-chromium plate as heating element. It has four columns outside as the support body of the pressure sensor and the mounting plate of the cylinder, and a servo electric cylinder as the pressure source. It can be used for heating and pressing products such as metal compounds, ceramics, inorganic compounds, and nanomaterials in vacuum or protective atmosphere.

Working Principle

The principle of the vacuum atmosphere rapid cooling pressurizing system is to apply pressure while heating loose powder or pre-compacted powder within a designated mold, under vacuum or micro-negative pressure argon atmosphere conditions. This process enables simultaneous shaping and sintering of the material.
