Parameters of the components of the microwave reactor system:
(1) The outer kettle of the system is designed with 316 stainless steel to ensure the safety of all locking devices and basic components.
(2) The control adopts PLC+7-inch touch screen control, real-time storage of experimental data, real-time display of experimental curves and data, with data export function.
(3) Equipped with 1500w/2450Mhz magnetron, with uniform microwave heating performance and fast heating speed.
(4) The sample is quickly and completely digested under the maximum pressure of 10mpa and the maximum temperature of 300℃. When the pressure in the furnace chamber rises rapidly to reach a specific pressure or higher, the automatic exhaust device starts to operate to ensure safety.
(5) The lid of the kettle adopts a twist-and-open lid opening method, which is quick to open the kettle; the kettle body is cooled by cooling circulating water, which minimizes the experiment time.
(6) According to the capacity of different digestion tubes, 4~12 samples can be digested at the same time. The capacity of the digestion tube ranges from 5ml to 70ml.
(7) Gas regulation module: It can perform gas input/discharge at a preset time point. The amount of gas initially charged can be adjusted according to the user's required pressure value (nitrogen, maximum 60bar)
