1. The chamber material is made of high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, which saves 50% energy. The heating element adopts high-quality resistance wire. The furnace frame adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure, and the furnace shell surface temperature is low.
2. A high-temperature alloy furnace tank is installed in the furnace chamber, and a vacuum interface is left at the front side.
3. A material rack or loading platform (can be made according to customer requirements) is installed in the furnace body. The material rack can be layered according to customer requirements to fully ensure that the material is heated evenly and achieve the best brazing effect.
4. A thermocouple is installed in the furnace body to match the digital temperature instrument to display the temperature of the workpiece in the furnace tank in real time. A temperature-controlled thermocouple is installed on the furnace body to match the program instrument to control the furnace body temperature in real time. A safety explosion-proof valve interface is left.
5. The vacuum system consists of a molecular pump, a direct-connected pump, three vacuum valves and vacuum pipelines, and is equipped with pressure gauges, charging and discharging valves and other devices. The vacuum measurement is achieved by a composite vacuum gauge, which can display the vacuum degree in the furnace body in real time.
6. The temperature control system adopts thyristor SCR temperature control, and the temperature control instrument adopts Yudian 30-segment temperature control program instrument with PID automatic control function. The electrical components are from Schneider and Siemens brands, and the overall equipment has the advantages of fast heating, good heat preservation, precise control, good energy saving, safe and reliable use, etc.
