Technical Parameters
Product Description:
The high vacuum tantalum heating furnace is a high temperature resistance heating furnace. Using tantalum as a heating element, it is suitable for sintering and melting metals, non-metals and their compounds under high vacuum, and can also be used for vacuum brazing of small samples, such as cemented carbide, nickel-based alloys, powder metallurgy, nickel Cobalt alloy, alloy steel, stainless steel, rare earth NdFeB, etc. The maximum working temperature of high vacuum tantalum heating furnace is 2000 ℃, the maximum working temperature is 1800 ℃, the heating speed during the work can be set through the temperature control table, but too fast heating rate will reduce the life of the tantalum furnace. To prolong the service life of the furnace, it is recommended that the heating rate per minute be 20℃, and the heating rate can be appropriately accelerated below 500℃. The furnace temperature control table can store up to 4 groups of programs, and each group of programs can set up to 10 heating steps. In 10 steps, the sample can be set up in steps of temperature increase and heat preservation. It can basically meet the needs of all temperature-increasing samples. The diameter of the sample cannot exceed 50mm, and the height cannot exceed 50mm. The vacuum degree is high under high temperature, and the ultimate vacuum degree in cold state can reach 5×10-4Pa. During the working process, a water cooler is used to cool the heating electrode, furnace body and diffusion pump. The cooling speed is fast, and the cooling water can be recycled to save water resources.

Matters needing attention | 1. Both the diffusion pump and the heating furnace require sufficient cooling water, so the chiller should be checked frequently. If the water level is insufficient, the water quality is turbid and should be added or replaced in time.2. The heating chassis of the diffusion pump is a wearing part, which should be checked or replaced frequently. |
